Booking and Payment

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking:

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund
• 3-7 days before the session: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before the session: No refund

Rescheduling to an alternative date is available at no charge if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Our Cancellations

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Attendance and Participation

By attending our sessions, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Participate respectfully and professionally
• Not record sessions without prior written permission
• Not share session materials with non-participants
• Respect the privacy of other participants

We reserve the right to remove participants who behave disruptively or inappropriately, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website and sessions, including text, images, graphics, and educational materials, is owned by Echo Ride or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use materials provided for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:
