What to expect when you contact us

When you email, tell us which programme interests you and what questions you have. We'll respond with available session dates and any specific information relevant to your situation.

If you're unsure which programme fits your needs, describe your circumstances briefly. We'll recommend the most appropriate service rather than trying to upsell.

For family sessions where children will attend, mention their ages. This helps us prepare age-appropriate materials and ensures session content matches everyone's comprehension level.

Accessibility

Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible with ground-floor facilities including accessible toilets. If you have specific accessibility requirements, mention these when booking so we can ensure appropriate arrangements.

For participants with hearing difficulties, we can provide written materials in advance and arrange seating to facilitate lip reading. We're also exploring BSL interpretation for group sessions if there's demand.

Sessions can be adapted for various learning needs. If you or a family member learns differently, let us know what accommodations help most.

"I emailed on Tuesday with questions about the Adult Foundations programme. Had a detailed response by Wednesday morning and booked my first session for the following week. Very straightforward."
